This is the Medium Size Solid Wood Prosforon Seal for making the offering bread for the Divine Liturgy in the Orthodox Church. This medium sized seal has deep, well defined cuts for optimal impressions in the dough. Both the large and medium sized seals will work on a regular Prosforon recipe. Some people like the medium seal if they make two loaves from one recipe.
